AIS Recovery Solutions, LLC provides services to mitigate reputational risk and ensure compliant practices when servicing non-performing debt on behalf of creditors. At this time, AIS Recovery Solutions primarily focuses on probate claims administration services.
We assist with the identification of open probated estates and the filing of claims against an estate on behalf of creditors, who have a right to repayment of debt. Our system tracks for disallowances and processes executor payments as they are distributed.
AIS Recovery Solutions also facilitates the management of a small portfolio of auto loans, providing repossession vendor oversight for our clients. This activity is both in the bankruptcy and post-bankruptcy space.
